Writers Bloc is a website that allows you to create, publish, and discover stories, poems, essays, and other forms of creative writing. You can also join groups, forums, and courses to improve your writing skills and connect with other writers. Writers Bloc is operated by Writers Bloc Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ABN 78 608 263 136). By using Writers Bloc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Writers Bloc.

Using Writers Bloc

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Writers Bloc. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian to use Writers Bloc.
• You are responsible for your own account and the content you post on Writers Bloc. You must not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. You must not impersonate anyone else or use a false or misleading name, email address, or profile picture. You must not post any content that violates the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. You must not post any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You grant Writers Bloc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote your content on Writers Bloc and other platforms and services operated by Writers Bloc or its affiliates. You retain your ownership and any other rights you have in your content. You can delete your content at any time, but some copies may remain on our servers or on other platforms.
• You can use Writers Bloc for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not use Writers Bloc for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to interfere with the normal functioning of Writers Bloc. You must not attempt to access, modify, or damage any part of Writers Bloc that is not intended for your use. You must not use Writers Bloc to send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
