Writers Bloc is a website that allows you to create, publish, and discover stories, poems, essays, and other forms of creative writing. You can also join groups, forums, and courses to improve your writing skills and connect with other writers. Writers Bloc is operated by Writers Bloc Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ABN 78 608 263 136). By using Writers Bloc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Writers Bloc.
Writers Bloc is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or availability of Writers Bloc or any content on it. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays in Writers Bloc or any content on it. We are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Writers Bloc or any content on it, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
