Where do you write?

It's a question I've been putting to writers across Australia for almost a year now. Turns out, you folk write almost anywhere: caravans; bed(desks); the Himalayas.

Most writers said they need a quiet spot to get anything done. Somewhere to focus. Then again, I found out other writers have a tendency to eavesdrop

But who hasn't eavesdropped now and then? I would have gladly been a fly-on-the-wall at a writing session of The Bracket Creeps, the poetry hip hop band Patrick Lenton formed a few years ago.

While they've sadly parted ways, you can hear about Patrick's preferred workspace(s), writing for theatre and The Bracket Creeps, in our final Writers Workspaces Series Blocast:

Follow Patrick on Twitter: @patricklenton, or find him over at The Spontaneity Review.

Listen up, yo.

This may be the final Writers Workspace podcast, but NEVER FEAR. You can catch up on the other Blocasts on iTunes. Onya, internet. Thanks to Geoff, Sam and Writers Bloc for giving me an excuse to talk to supremely awesome writers this year.
