4 months agoNew Kids on the Bloc Hi all! I’m Chris. At the moment I’m living in Reykjavík, Iceland, doing fieldwork for my PhD. I’m also working on a couple of writing projects. I’m editing a novella I wrote about 10 years ago, trying to decide if I like it anymore or not, and I’m also writing a lot of notes for an upcoming series of novellas I’m thinking of writing. I write in both weird and queer fiction (mostly).

Oh wow, I just assumed the photo of the beach was a holiday snap. What’s it like living with midnight sunshine?!

Mostly it’s fine, if you have decent curtains. On the whole living here is great – and there’s a very lively writing community too!
